I have been using your company for I know 7 plus years.I've never had an issue.You're the only company that I use for my sublimation.Ink, but this last order I was sent pigment ink which messed up my brand new epson Et-8550 i've tried contacting you almost as soon as the day after my order came in and I'm being ignored. That is unacceptable. I have tried through a Facebook post. No one has gotten back to me. I sent several emails that have gone unanswered.
I ordered 2 orders of this ink. I have not even opened the other order. And I know it's well past the 7 day return policy, but no one has gotten back with me. So you do not have a happy customer here. The customer service for your company. It's awful.All I ask is for someone to reach out to me to try and rectify this issue and this is a second email that you all have sent me.I responded to the first email with no response back.So I'm really not expecting a response back to this email either. You lost a very loyal customer but your company doesn't seem to care. This is what happens when you try and support a black opened busines.

Amazing product at a great price

I made a mistake and ordered twice. But I’ll keep it for the future.

I purchased pigment ink, I believe they either sent me dye ink or sublimation ink because the pigment i printed on the shirt using dtf film and powder faded in the wash. I waited 4 days before the wash. I emailed cosmos ink OVER 2 WEEKS ago to inquire if there is a possibility of sending me wrong ink or a bad batch of pigment ink, I never got a response.

I make stickers & this ink is THE BEST for waterproof ink.

I emailed support over a week ago to ask for help with the reshipping service I use. Otherwise the service was to destroy the ink saying it was hazardous. There is a manufacturer declaration option but cosmos ink never replied to my requests. As such I believe the ink has now bend destroyed. I could have reshaped it to anyone or returned it but cosmos ink is clearly not interested in communicating with their customers. Could have been a good option but will have to rate down because of this.

Purchased pigment ink and I’m completely satisfied with not only the quality of the product, but the fast shipping and customer service. I will be ordering my ink from Cosmos in the future

It’s won’t transfer off of my asub paper no matter the temp setting I use. The most it leaves is a yellow stain. I was so excited to try this ink just for it not to work.

This is an excellent ink. Vibrant colors

I ordered this ink by mistake, and now I regret it! Colors are not vibrant. They are super dull and very ugly.
