Perfect for refills.
Received my first order. It was incorrect. The wrong cartridges were in the box with my ink/conversion kit. Couldn’t call and speak to the company because they don’t have a working phone number. I emailed the company, explaining the issue with my first order and was told my issue would be forwarded/contacted by a manager. I asked how long it would take to get the correct order because I had a $1000 worth of customer orders to complete and need my refill cartridges to complete. Without knowing when the correct order would be sent to me and how long estimated delivery would be, I could not communicate the delay to my customers. The reply from Cosmos was I can’t tell you. I’m just a customer service rep. I never got a call. I have no idea when the correct order is due to arrive still, even though it’s now been longer than my original order took to arrive at my house, and I’ve lost $1000 worth of sales because my customer didn’t feel comfortable knowing when I’d be able to complete their order and went with a different vendor. Any company with good customer service who made an error on their end like that, at the very least would have corrected their mistake and sent my corrected order the same way they did my original order and I would have already received it. But, no, I’m still waiting and my package is probably somewhere in holding never never land with the post office. Mistakes happen but customer service and how they handle mistakes makes all the difference.

I get printer errors after every print. I’ve updated firmware and drivers.
I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE CARTRIDGES THAT I ORDERED, I JUST GOT THEM TO HAVE IN CASE OF NEEDED REPLACEMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT. JUST GREAT TO HAVE A SPARE.
products are great, I do wish they would offer different shipping, i do not like USPS I ship the same distance for my company and it takes 2 days with fedex, it took USPS 7 days from when it was dropped off to them.
I have been using these for a cartridges for just about a month now. When they work, they are great.
However, a lot of the time the printer will not recognize one or or more of the cartridges. I will have to pull all of the cartridges out and install them again multiple times to get them to start working again. This can be very frustrating when you're doing a large amount of printing.
I did not have these problems with the refillable cartridges I got from amazon, but figured since I was using Cosmos Ink and loving it I would use their cartridges also. I will probably switch back to the ones I got on amazon.
These cartridges were simple plug and play and work like a charm. Refilling them is easy and they don't require resetting. Simply pull them when the printer says their low, refill, plug back in and it reads like a new cartridge. Easy day all day.
