Welcome to my custom made Sock Jig!!! After sublimating various socks, I found it difficult to get them to remain stiff and stay in place while subbing them. Also, once the socks are put on by the wearer, I noticed the dreaded white lines!!! These lines are from the sock being stretched out, which shows the inner weaving of the sock!! So I created a sock jig that will keep the stocks stiff while exposing these white crevices, thus making sublimating them easier while gaining better ink coverage. So after some designing, i came up with the PERFECT SOCK JIG for all your sock subbing needs.
My Socks Jig include the following special features:
-Each order includes two(2) straight sock jigs.
-The perfect width, which makes it wide enough to sublimate those dreaded white lines as much as possible without overstretching the socks.
-Fits perfectly with both Sock46 and Sock47 templates (COMES FREE WHEN JIG IS ORDERED!!!!!)

I'm so glad I decided to go with jigs from cosmos ink vs. making my own or going with another company. The support that you get by way of Cosmos youtube videos and the facebook group is a 10. I plan to purchase more jigs in the future.
I love these! I use them for other socks than the recommended ones, prints on the side of the sock, and arm/sleeve prints on shirts when possible. Quick delivery too!
My only problem is that the burning/burnished edges leave some ashy smudges. Other than that?

Straight Sock Jig
I purchased the sock jig and while I haven't had time to use it yet, what I can tell you is that it is very well made. The product is sturdy and free of any defects. There are no nicks in the side that could possible catch and snag your item, they are perfectly flat, no warping at all. I am super excited and can't wait to use them!
